Stable, tough, great design, pricey for it's age. Thankfully Asus turned a little creative here giving the user the option to run the primary slot at x16, while the second and third slots operate at x8. This is the first motherboard manual that I have come upon that goes into this much detail about the settings and how each one functions.

I expect at least as long a life from this product as it is old. I had my doubts about purchasing an Asus motherboard, although my husband has always used this brand and has never had problems.
