After the picture has showed up once, when it disappears the display doesn't go fully blank, you can see faint outlines of the picture in dark grey. Lots of Panasonics and Sonys have a problem with the dagauss thermistor and associated relay. It's like 2 minutes on 5 minutes off. Now - it just stays weird. Then as time went on it just took longer and longer to return to normal colors.
